Construction method

Deep Cement Mixing

With this method, the stabilizer mixing cement and water within soft ground (cohesive soil), sandy soil and organic soil is injected at low pressure and soft soil and the stabilizer are agitated and mixed by the rotation of a special agitator. In addition, the stabilizer is hardened within the original ground using the hardening reaction of cement to create round and rectangular pile materials. As a method that can be applied for various purposes, such as construction for blocking water flow, soil arresting work, foundation work and strengthening of ground safety, this process can be used at depths of 2.0~34.0m (50m in case of connecting ROD) and causes little noise and vibration and little disturbance of the surrounding ground. As a result, this method is highly reliable.

  • Can be used at less than N-value 40 times with regard to super soft ground and weathering soil and can be applied on the land, on the sea and on the ground
  • The working effect is quick and the working time period is shortened.
  • The standard working depth is 2.0~34.0m and this method can be used at a depth of 50m by connecting ROD.
  • Two-stage work is possible. It also is possible to measure a certain depth using large machines after conducting safety measurements on the surface of the earth using a starter for shallow layers.
  • As the stabilizer is usually injected at low pressure (2~3kg/m²), the stabilizer rarely is spilled and penetrates within the range of excavation and agitation. As a result, there is almost no effect on the surrounding ground.
